Allow ability to invoke Functions and Stored Procedures using Specific name in addition to Long Name.

Currently Tables, Index and Views have the ability to invoke using either the long name or the short 10 character name. It will benefit for adopting both short and long names and stay consistent with Tables, Indexes and Views.

hash_row is an handy function to get hash/check sum value of the complete row. However there are exceptions. Expanding that benefit to all exceptions will be very helpful.
