Support stcp on IBMi. I have used IBM system exclusivily for 50 years. I have to use a Linux partition to access stcp now.

Most other platforms support stcp "Stream Transmission Control Protocol" I don't understand why you haven't already. Diameter/internet gateway communitcations from the QOS Gx servers require stcp.

Add IMPORTANCE parameter to SNDSMTPEMM and API QtmsCreateSendEmail

On the old e-mail command SNDDST there was an option to change the content importance of the e-mail. It will add "Importance" to the mail header. Please add this parameter to the command SNDSMTPEMM and API QtmsCreateSendEmail.

Add SO_REUSEPORT socket option

It would be great to have SO_REUSEPORT socket option on IBM i. This would allow to load balance traffic between multiple jobs that listen on the same socket, better failover in case of job termination etc.
