    Add TLS support for SNDDSTJS

    Add TLS 1.3 support for SNDDSTJS to connect to a remote mail router without authentication. Advanced job scheduler notification properties does not have the option to enable TLS. TLS is required by some companies including financial intuitions.

    Advanced Job Scheduler - Increase job group size from 99 to 999 (# of jobs included in a group) (or at least more than 100)

    We currently use a non-IBM job scheduler that frequently has over 100 jobs in the job grouping. We would like to use AJS to replace this product, but one of the limiting factors is only 99 jobs are allowed in a group.
