Tooltip for CL-Variables in Debug-Mode

RDi don't move cursor on mouse scroll

Don't move the cursor when the code is scrolled with the mouse wheel. All the other editors I've used leave the cursor alone and easily scroll back to the original location when typing or using the arrow keys. Use Case: editing code
