Allow a different editor to be associated with member via Window/Preferences/General/Editors/File Associations

I have added "Screen Designer" as the default associated editor for *.dspf file type. But when I double-click the DSPF I get the plain LPEX editor. Use Case: Open the correct default associated editor when double-clicking the *.dspf member.
