Add noexec option for JFS2 filesystem

AIX JFS2 is missing noexec option to prevent executing binary files from a JFS2 filesystem. Some filesystems are just data system without any executables and according to security requirements the execution of unwanted executables must be prevented.

Haven't found a documented API for querying the VLAN(s) and vSwitch associated with a virtual LAN interface. Worked through an undocumented API for a plain, virtual interface, but that doesn't work if it's behind an EtherChannel or SEA.

Add option to disable TLS 1.1 in sendmail

Security scans now flag TLS 1.1 support as a vulnerability. Sendmail allows all SSL versions and TLS 1.0 to be disabled. It needs to allow TLS 1.1 to be disabled as well.
