    Addition of Journal Code/Entry type description table

    I'd like to suggest adding a table to QSYS2 with the contents of the help text for Journal Codes and Journal Entry Types. If we were to combine this table with DISPLAY_JOURNAL it would provide a greater amount of context to queries against journals.

    In QMGTOOLS see there is option 24 PTF management under that there is option 2 compaer HIPER PTF's from IBM. It would be nice to be able to compare any grouip PTF's list for exampe to comapre Security, Jave, DB2, CUM etc...suggest to have a option to compare a grou PTF then type in the group PTF number or have a option for each group PTF for that particular OS. That a way cusomer can get a complet list of PTF's that they will get.

    We have customers that want to know which PTF's they will get when ordering any group PTF that is not up to date it is difficult to list find which PTF's that are not on they system befoe ordering the PTF's.

    Make pytorch available for install from ACS/Open Source Package Managment.

    It would be much more practical, and much easier to install pytorch/ppc64 from a well known place. As for now, it's really hard to find instructions of where and how to install a version of pytorch, built for the Power PC architecture.
