Customizable install location of PowerVC (rather than always /opt/ibm and /var/logs)

It should be possible to set parameters individually with the command "chsyscfg" for the vnic adapters.In the GUI also only the parameters I modify are adjusted.The "default" values should only be used when creating a new profile.
