PowerVC support for Hitachi Storage HDT RT pool type

Hitachi storage supports HDT type pools with a subtype of RT , which supports flash storage.PowerVC does not support this type of HDT pool.

Selection of LPM network (MSP pairing)

When migrating virtual machines between hosts (LPM), it is not possible to select what network to use (MSP Paring). Today it will choose the network where the default gateway is defined. It's not always optimal.

It would be really nice if you could add a column in the Virtual Machines pages, so we can see the description of the virtual machine. Maybe a generic column builder, so we are able to build our own pages.

Add Red Hat support in PowerVC SDI server nodes

We have proposed the PowerVC SDI solution to a Canadian university and they noted that they have free Red Hat licenses to apply to their solution however we specified Ubuntu 16.04 for the server nodes because this is the only supported hypervisor....
