Add command to obtain VPD from Managed Systems

There are no CLI commands available to the end-user to obtain a Managed System's VPD. Currently, the only way to obtain this information is to manually log into the ASMI -> System Information -> Vital Product Data

memory move timeouts should not be an error but placed as info or warning witha message stating you should check your server memory levels to see if the operation completed as the HMC gives a confusing message

Virtual HMC is missing VM tools - this is primary a nice to have request to get rid of the warning in vSphere. Open VM tools are a part of almost all Linux distributions and could be included on vHMC OVA.
