Add to VM and Image a comment field that can be used at creation time and edited later.If it needs to be fixed length it needs to be generous, something like 256 or or 512 bytes.

We have proposed the PowerVC SDI solution to a Canadian university and they noted that they have free Red Hat licenses to apply to their solution however we specified Ubuntu 16.04 for the server nodes because this is the only supported hypervisor....
