Add an (optional) active query runtime counter. Use Case: There are times when I have long-running queries that I think should be finished at a certain time but are not. Without a counter of my own, I don't know how much real-time effort has passed.

"Incomplete uploads" to COS should also be handled with ICC. Use Case: At the moment, such aborted uploads can only be deleted via APIs, which is not user-friendly.

manual says local file can't be in qsys.lib. If you create savf of file, library/schema as a savf and want to upload to cloud, this should be allowed, even if one has to use qsys.lib/mylib.lib/myfile.file method (it works)
