On Power Based HMC 7063-CR1 BMC Console Redirection is only possible with Java. On x86 Based HMC 7042-CR9 IMM2 Console Redirection was possible with HTML5.

Unfortunately, with the HMC it depends on the upper and lower case of the user name by login (via GUI and SSH). Often the maintenance of the username in the LDAP is not completely uniform. e.g. old user: -user132-Admin1. new user : -user132-admin1

HMC should be enabled to use NTP slew mode

NTP can be configured to slew the clock. When slewing the clock the time on the system is incremented slower until the system clock is in sync with the time on the reference system.
