Need support in AIX for Open Source FUSE (Filesystem in User Space) support

AIX HBA Registers information with Name Server: a) FC-4 TYPEs object (see 7.2); and b) FC-4 Features object (see 7.3).

HPE 3PAR storage subsystem needs the FC4 type info registered in SAN switch. AIX HBA does not perform that so it causes I/O problem and reboots AIX LPARs when it happens.
