PowerVC volume_name convert script with 3PAR

When using PowerVC with HPE 3PAR, tracing storage volume_names between PowerVC and 3PAR is not implemented due to pluggable driver.

Offer "Update check" from inside the UI

I would like to have an "update is available" pop up or check from inside the UI, like in FS7* systems. This could/would make a good hint that new updates are available, so update does not get missed or delayed.

Offer "Restart services" from inside the UI

To be able to restart services (as an admin user) removes the extra task of logging into the OS and choosing services to restart.

Bring back unused IP address list

PowerVC 1.4 removed the unused IP addresses from the IP Addresses page for a Network. Please make an option to include/exclude the unused addresses in the list.

Include all the required software for powervc to the installation package itself. This way customer will not be dependent to RedHat subscription. Subscription should only for the operating systems related and not IBM product, like PowerVC.

PowerVC is connected to a storage box, here it is an IBM Storwize V7000.A Pool of disks of this storage is used by PowerVC. Say with others words, PowerVC is connected to the Storwize V7000 and uses this storage space.
