Outline does not show LIKE() defined attirbutes

Fields defined using LIKE() keyword show on outline without any attibutes. Use Case: Manually pressing refresh does not fix. Verify cache option is set to refresh cache.

Can IBM provide the V7R3 to V7R5 cross-reference PTF list in a .csv format, similar to what's available for V7R4 to V7R5? To my knowledge, the V7R3 to V7R5 cross-reference list is currently only available in .pdf.
