Modern browser for AIX which supports at least TLS 1.2

The latest available Firefox for AIX is version 3.6.25 which enables SSL 3 by default, and TLS 1.0

Customers have requested a modern browser on AIX
that can, among other things:
- Use TLS1.2
- View IBM's Fix Central
- View IBM's Knowledge Center

IBM support gets PMRs asking for updates/features
of the browser which we just can't do with the current outdated Firefox.
This RFE will give a place to collect specific customer requirements in the comments to make
the case for providing an updated browser on AIX.

Some of our vendors only allow Web browser access to software updates. For these vendors we have to download the files to a slow PC and then transfer the file to our AIX servers. Running the Web browser directly on the AIX server would dramatically increase the speed and reliability of these downloads.

IBM curently has no plans for a new browser version on AIX and suggests that Clients consider options on Linux on Power, Linux on x86, or Windows for browsers.
