Is there any link to an APAR or article explaining the new feature/attribute ?
The AIX FC driver holds on to the one I/O it is working on for 15 seconds, but the SCSI/MPIO code will continue to use other paths for other I/Os during that 15 second window, particularly if shortest_queue algorithm is used.
