Improvement of i_node cache handling

Request to change the handling of inode cache to be smarted as file cache handling in AIX. Comparing with file system cache and i-node cache handling is different from AIX. For memory management on filesystem cache, the file cache size can be increased or decreased based on the computational memory usage and governed by parameter minperm and maxperm. i.e. Fileysystem cache can use less memory while application requires more memory.
However, for inode cache management, it can only increase the size of i-node cache until it reach the limit of j2_nodecachesize, but cannot be reduced even application requires more memory.
