AIX releases which include new software enhancements historically occur in the second half of each year. For example, AIX 7.2 Technology Level 4 was released in November 2019, and AIX 7.2 Technology Level 5 has been announced for availability in November 2020. The availability date of an AIX release in 2021 has not been announced.

2H21 is the current outlook for delivery of this RFE in an AIX release. Plans are subject to change, so this should not be viewed as a commitment.
