SMB support to case insensitive

WEG is working in a project to migrate more and more applications from Windows to AIX on Power but keeping its File Server on Windows. It is clear that for AIX the SMB client file system is replacement of CIFS client. But differently than CIFS, SMB does not have the option "nocase", supporting the "case insensitive".
And WEG should not use CIFS, due support restrictions and due a problem with CIFS supporting special characters. However, currently, WEG is keeping CIFS usage, having preference to do not recognize special characters but solving well case insensitive need. In other words, until SMB support case insensitive, WEG will not use SMB.
