Expose LPM passive WWN to aix OS

I would like to be able to query the inactive WWN for a fiber channel adapter that is used during LPM. Currently fcstat and lscfg only show the active WWN. The inactive WWN can be seen by the HMC but not within AIX on the LPAR.

Unless you're manually assigning both WWNs, wwn0 is always even, and wwn1 is always wwn1+1, so if the current WWN is even, add one to get the other, if the current WWN is odd, subtract one to get the other.

lsnportlogin is a HMC command. I need to be able to query from the AIX os on the LPAR.
