Speed of DLPAR for procs and especially memory in AIX

DLPAR operations in AIX take a long time, especially when adding a huge amount of memory. But also the addition of cores takes a lot of time.

In HA cluster scenarios, the idea is to run the passive cluster partner with a minimum of resources and in the event of a takeover increase the size of cores and memory to the same size as in the active site.

For big SAP (classic) environments with AIX this addition of resources could take many minutes, up to an hour, which is much to long for a production cluster.
