Problem whit the discs paramitters on AIX 7.2 TL5 SP2

we have found that upgrading to AIX 7.2 TL5 SP2 changes the disk policies. We think that this is a big problem, because we manage hundreds of servers, and if we change the reserve_policy with chdev, then every time a technician adds a disks to a cluster there is the risk that he will forget to modify the reserve policy, and then the cluster stability would be compromised. We have many technicians working on our customer systems (IBM India, IBM Brno, IBM Italy, vendor) it is not possible to prevent someone from forgetting to make the change.
