Add feature to report size (df) based on quota set on fileset(gpfs) rather than filesystem size for AIX

On system with GPFS filesystems when quotas are enforced for a fileset (other than the root fileset), the numbers reported by the df command are based on the quotas for the fileset (rather than the entire file system). This option affects the df command behavior only on Linux nodes. So it`s works as designed to only work on Linux nodes.

Request you to enable same feature for AIX.

In AIX df on fileset reports the size of the full filesystem rather than fileset.
