mpstat - integer overflow in ILCS/VLCS

"mpstat -ht 1 | grep ALL" watching ILCS/VLCS (as taught by Earl Jew ;-). It looks like the code doesn't protect against integer overflow in at least the ILCS column.

Development has reviewed the RFE and has recommended this be pursued through the AIX service process:

It doesn't look like an overflow issue. Both of these counters are maintained as 64bit ulong.
Looking at the output from the user, it looks like the counter went -ve internally for an interval.
I feel this should be a PMR which needs debugging by the service team.
