Add mksysb flag for barebone boot image

Opening RFE from a recent case situation.

Customer has an environment where the mksysbs taken of all production LPARs are over 30GB in size. Recommendation is to add a flag to the mksysb command that only backs up the system critical FS/LVs and files so that the system can be back up & running in case of a system down situation as soon as possible. Additional data can be recovered once the system is up and operational.

Possibility of a mksysb flag (both for the command and for the NIM interface) will greatly reduce the downtime to bring a system up, be it for a full restore or simply for a maintenance mode boot.

Why not use the -X flag, and populate /etc/exclude.rootvg file?

It is usually up to the user to keep their rootvg clean, and when that's not done (the irresistable extra 100G on that internal drive), then adding an exclude for this data is simple regex that is used in a grep -v for the file list fed to backbyname. Examples

    ^./tmp
    ^./scratchfiles
    ^./home/somedatabasethatshouldnotbeinrootvg
    /core$
    /heapdump
    /javacore
    /javadump
    iso$
