Explanation of meaning and reason from error messages in the file /var/log/sys/caa.log

Customer needs the explanation of meaning and reason of error messages in the file /var/log/sys/caa.log
Error messages are flooding syslog_caa but IBM Support says that this file is only needed for diagnosis purposes

    .It is not practical to add explanation for all messages in the syslog.caa file. We do generate error report if some error condition need attention. We also bubble up errors to stdout/stderr when a command fails. Also we keep improving the messages so that they are self explanatory.
