TRCRPT - CONSISTENT NUMBER OF COLUMNS IN GENERATED TRACE REPORT FILE

When '-O svc=on' is used, some lines contain the system call and some others don't. Trace report files require heavy post processing and text parsing in order to interpret. The inconsistent number of columns forces the users to add workarounds to any post-processing tools. A simple "----" field or any combination of characters to fill the column would eliminate the problem.
This DCR is opened to have 'trcrpt' fill the system call column with some string to keep number of columns consistent
