CHANGE SECLDAPCLNTD CACHE SEARCH ALGORITHM FOR PERFORMANCE

Customer is having performance issues in LDAP with large groups. We have fixed a few defects, and had 1 remaining one open, defect 939690.
However attempted fixes in that defect have not been approved by devt,
and devt agreed to accept a DCR to implement an acceptable fix here.

We have met with Amit, Prasad, Saurabh from devt as well as Jyoti and Janice from L3 and Alexandre Blanke from L2 and agreed on this path to resolution.

Alexandre has a prototype of some code that he will provide to the team that has acceptable performance to the customer, but is not acceptable to drop to cmvc (not sure exactly why). He will provide this shortly.

Also Janice has provided the latest attempt at changes checked in to 939690, which were acceptable to devt, but did not provide the customer with enough performance. I attached this tar file.

Devt has committed to get this in plan to resolve this long standing customer issue.

    Attachment (Description): Alexandre's fix that he provided to customer (which they are running now). This provides acceptable performance, but for some reason we don't want to drop it to cmvc.
