TPROF/GENSYMS - PROVIDE PROFILING SUPPORT FOR RELOCATED TEXT SEGMENTS

Currently tprof and gensyms do not provide information for text segments relocated using LDR_CTRL manipulations. This corresponds to processes allocated with HUGE_EXEC and cases where text code has been relocated to SEGMENT 2( as process private ), shtext_in_one, and doubletext.
KEY OBJECTIVE: This DCR is opened to enhance tprof/gensyms to be able to handle any legal AIX memory model manipulation used for a process.
A significant number of our critical processes use very large text allocations that require LDR_CTRL settings.

IBM Agrees with the request and a solution appears to be desirable and feasible.?? IBM intends to provide a solution. However, IBM's plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided
