ssh login delay / timeout when primary dns-server is down

ssh login delay or timeout due to long hostsallowedlogin list when 1st DNS server is not available.

1) linux nslcd is using a filtered search by parameter in config:
“pam_authz_search (&(objectClass=posixAccount)(uid=$username)(|(host=$hostname)(host=$fqdn)(host=\\*)))”
as repaclement/enhancement for old param "pam_check_host_attr"

I don't know if this should/could be added to secldap or sshd for AIX, or if there are plans to port nslcd

2.) if the primary DNS doesn't reply, use the 2nd for subsequent
request.
3.) use the round-robin-flag in /etc/resolv.conf (would be about 2x faster).

(2) implements, that the process doing the canonicals is getting all hostnames to be verified, opens one connection and does the verifications in same session.
