Ignore NIM master ID in client's /etc/niminfo

In every /etc/niminfo file on a NIM client the NIM Master ID is stored (which is #uname -m on the NIM Master). When you move the NIM master to a different system using Live Partition Mobility, the #uname -m changes. This causes the NIM client not to work anymore, because the ID in /etc/niminfo does not match.
This behavior should be changed: either by ignoring the ID, change the ID automatically (on manual request), or by specifying a user defined ID which is persistent on LPM operations.

Lack of resources - current preferred method of using secure nimsh (ssl) solves this problem.
