Update BIND in AIX

We use AIX as our DNS backbone and all our DNS Servers are running on AIX.

Now we need features in BIND that have been released many years ago (e. g. DNSSEC), but AIX 7.2 still ships BIND 9.4.1, the same as AIX 7.1 and AIX 6.1 (!).

Even BIND 9.8 was end-of-life in 2014. I don't understand why AIX 7.2 was released with such a archaic release of that core component.

We were now really thinking about switching to Linux/x86 instead of AIX for our core DNS components. So, please, include a more recent version of BIND in AIX.

    Newer version of BIND 9.10.2 has been ported to AIX. Should be made available in the coming release
