When removing a shared lib from the file system which is currently loaded, the file disappears from the directory listing, but currently still occupies the disk space. Therefore a file system can over time fill up by replacing shared libs.
Change the remove file behaviour such that the disk space is also freed when the file is unlinked.
This RFE goes along with RFE 75401 to make the shared library cache transparent to the user/application.

In the next AIX TL, this is scheduled to be addressed by ensuring that once the shlib file is removed, the space will be freed as soon as no process is using the file any more. This will resolve the space issue noted in this RFE.
Creating a new RFE based on Community RFE #75402 in product IBM AIX.
