Enable Simultaneous Update of LPPs and Installation of iFixes within LiveUpdate

If we place all needed ifixes to /nim/set1701_lpp_aix_720102/emgr/ppc, all LPPs to
/nim/set1701_lpp_aix_720102/installp/ppc (exactly the structure from our NIMs) the command:

geninstall -k -Y -d /nim/set1701_lpp_aix_720102/ all

runs fine, and it performs the installation of all LPPs and ifixes.

For our purposes we should rather perform just an update of the LPPs followed by the installation of the ifixes. Therefore we should run the command

geninstall -k -Y -d /nim/set1701_lpp_aix_720102/ update_all

Unfortunately at the moment this command does not install any ifixes.

So our request is, to enable the same behavior as for the parameter “all”.

    IBM has evaluated the priority of this enhancement proposal relative to other future product content and determined that this RFE will not be pursued for a future product release.

    Very much in need. i am about to request for same. this feature will make live update in single step
