Customer complains about the slow command lsuser. Problem was tested in local environment and tests show, that problem
doesn't depend on LDAP connection, but on secldapclntd (AIX LDAP
daemon) cache search. All user data are locally cached in secldapclntd
but search used by lsuser command is much more slower then lsuser used
by local users search. Probably there are problem with search
algorithm. Problem was closed with work as designed result in PMR. But
customer claims this malfunction and requires IBM to resolve the issue
and not claim it works as design. Ministerstvo Financi and its part GFR
are largest Czech IBM customers.

(the problem is on AIX 7.1, TL3)
