Allow for AIX automountd failover in the event of primary LDAP server loss

Our team utilizes AIX as the main operating system for our application servers. Within these servers we utilize the LDAP feature to authenticate for purposes such as sudo, ssh, automount, etc. While LDAP does support server failover, automountd as it stands does not. While that may not be a large impact to others, our environment uses NFS shares from our NetApp filers to mount our domain managed instances of ssh, ssl, ntp, etc. In order to re-establish connection to our servers we need to access them via console, stop automountd, bounce LDAP, and reinitialize automount so that it uses the backup LDAP server when the primary goes down either for routine maintenance or during unexpected outages. If automountd were configurable or automatically refreshed itself when the LDAP server changed, this would save us many man hours and from waking up in the middle of the night to rectify this issue.

IBM has evaluated the priority of this enhancement proposal relative to other future product content and determined that this RFE will not be pursued for a future product release.
