More Robust UUID Generator on AIX

This is for Nationwide. They use WTX and under the covers on AIX they call the uuid_gen utility on AIX. What they noticed is that if there is a heavy volume the uniques is not there, meaning there are duplicate uuids. This causes issues with downstream applications.

We need a more robust uuid generator that will not generate duplicate uuids. It was seen after 2,000 iterations there were duplicates.

AIX provides a libc function called uuid_create(), but that we need a new standalone command that customers can use without having to compile their own command using this function.
