Symantec unable to receive syslogs from AIX servers

Symantec unable to recognize syslog from multiple AIX servers because its unable to determine the hostname and IP address. AIX syslog by default adds "Message forwarded from hostname" to each log. When Symantec receives the logs they unable to detect hostname at the beginning of the log to match with the IP address. I was wondering if we could add an option on the AIX server to remove only "Message forward from" and only leave hostname right after the time stamp

So the hostname is in the "Message forwarded from hostname" string? Or is that literally the word "hostname" rather than the name of the host that forwarded the message?
