SRAD limitation on E880

For Power 7 & p8, there was a SRAD limit of 4 on every CEC, However, with p8 announcement, per core performance increased compared to p7&p6. In order to achieve same performance level on P8 only requires 1 CEC where p6 required 3 CEC which allows SRAD of 4 x 3=12
Due to SRAD limit on p8 on current configuration which is 4, Oracle is rebooting the systems when it gets to threshold.

    The problem here is the system-wide maximum number of open files. The current limit is 3.14 million per SRAD. Because the p8 systems can perform more work with fewer SRADs that limit needs to be increased.
    We plan to increase the maximum number of open files per SRAD to 7.34 million. That number represents space available within current design constraints. Further increase may be considered for future releases.
