Provide a method to de-reference two dimensional array with the mix of type casting and array subscript

Initially Bloomberg reported that they were not able to access values using array subscript after explicitly casting the variable. We analyzed the problem and found that there was one level of extra de-referencing. Hence, we have removed the extra de-referencing and delivered the fix.

Later, when Bloomberg tried to de-reference two dimensional array with the mix of type casting and array subscript, they were not getting desired output. We analyzed the problem and found there is no mechanism to maintain the type of pointer variable while it gets type-casted, Discussed this issue with development and after thorough review, they suggested to pursue this problem through DCR as it needs design change.
