Execution bit /usr/sbin/nsupdate9 AIX 7.2

After migrating our OS from AIX 7.1 to AIX 7.2 the execution bit of
/usr/sbin/nsupdate9 was changed back to 554 as it was before (see below).
It caused that some deployments of our developers failed.
We now changed it back to 555 manually.
In nsupdate4 and nsupdate8 the execution bits were set to 555.
Please correct this for future OS updates, so we don't have deployment
failures caused by an execution bit.

The permission modes of /usr/sbin/nsupdate9 are incorrect. This is being fixed in the next service packs or technology levels of AIX 6.1, AIX 7.1 and AIX 7.2. Please reference these APARs with IBM AIX Support:
    - AIX 6.1: APAR IJ04135
    - AIX 7.1: APAR IJ03989
    - AIX 7.2: APAR IJ04221
