alt_rootvg_op export flag (-X) should sleep the volume group first automatically.

alt_rootvg_op export flag (-X) should sleep the volume group first automatically. Failure to do so causes severe damage to the alternate.

The same rationale was used to create IV89318, in which failure to sleep before rebooting would similarly destroy the alternate rootvg, and require ODM cleanup on the host OS.

Lastly, the -X is not actually a "delete the alternate", and leaves fragments, unmounted filesystems, and a working VGDA on the disk if it's awake when exported. This contributes to the implication that this is an oversight in design, and not a willful design limitation that might block this change.

Note, if this happens, the command docs / manpage should be updated to remove some of the warnings in the NOTE box.

If this does not happen, then the documentation should clearly state that -X while mounted will cause damage to the alternate.

This should apply to docs for all AIX V.R.M.Ls still under any level of extended support.
