Enhancement to ignore ?AllowPKCS12keystoreAutoOpen? on the destination AIX server for non-AIX ssh clients request

The point is ssh tunnel needs authentication to complete before data transfer can take place. If AllowPKCS12keystoreAutoOpen is set to yes on the server,
then the keys will be sent by server to the client. The client does not know how to handle these keys. That is where the whole process is stuck. There is no way
to selectively ignore AllowPKCS12keystoreAutoOpen when connecting from non AIX clients.

Without this enhancement , we are not able to do passwordless logins from a linux/solaris/windows ssh client/ to an EFS enabled AIX server with AllowPKCS12keystoreAutoOpen parameter set to yes in the sshd_config.

The enhancement should ignore this parameter and the keystore need not be opened if the ssh login request is generated from a non AIX client.
