    This AIX enablement for Veritas Infoscale to be able to support Live Update was officially GA'd in 7.2 TL4/SP2 in May 2020.

    The Veritas Infoscale support for Live Update was initially released in InfoScale 7.4.2 in June 2020 as described the release notes here: https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/doc/109864724-141543588-0/v141923741-141543588. This includes VxDMP, VxVM, and VxFS. At the time of release, this was a Veritas "Technogy Preview"

    This would require enablement by Veritas as well as some minimal work by IBM. We are in discussions with Veritas about this.

    Is this an issue with AIX requiring JFS2/NFS4 for LiveUpdate, or is this an issue with Veritas drivers not supporting the Live Update APIs?
