IBM has evaluated the priority of this enhancement proposal relative to other future product content and determined that this RFE will not be pursued for a future product release.

I know that even if I change the thread attribute to ulimit, I can only use 32,767 internally hard-set values.
I want to use the value above 32,767.

If your systems have a ulimit set on the number of threads per process the setting can be changed in /etc/security/limits to a higher value or unlimited using the "threads" attribute. This can also be done using the -r flag of the ulimit command.
