creating a new field whenever the user account is created.

Whenever a Unix account is created, there is no field to determine when this account was created on the system. The time_last_login field is populated only when the user successfully logins. IBM should create a new field in the lastlog file where the System Admin can track user account that have been created but not logged in.

    The new user attribute is stored in /etc/security/uattr.
