Mirrored rootvg in wpar not able to stop/start after disk failure

In an LPAR, rootvg can be mirrored, a disk can fail, and the LPAR can boot from the remaining disk. One can accomplish a boot off the remaining disk by entering maintenance mode, setting the remaining disk as the boot disk, and updating the bootlist. In a WPAR, however, a mirrored rootvg that experiences a disk failure can not recover from the remaining disk. The start/stop WPAR sequence can not determine that a disk has failed and should be started from the remaining disk in the mirrored rootvg.

This RFE is to add the mechanisms to the WPAR component so that a mirrored rootvg in a system WPAR can experience a disk failure and start from the remaining disk.

There is no plan to deliver this WPAR feature in the next 18 months. Given that the RFE is over a year old, I think it's best to decline the request at this point.
