ksh93 shopt_audit support

We need to be able to log commands used by the ksh93 shell to meet PCI requirements for any user account - specifically the root account. This is accomplished by setting the SHOPT_AUDIT option at compile time for ksh93. We need an IBM supportable ksh93 binary in AIX that can do this.
